How to Apply

2017-2018 Important Grant Dates

Grant Cycle                                                                                                      Deadline

Fall Grants – $1,000 each                                                                        November 1, 2017

Spring Grants – $1,000 each                                                                   April 16, 2018  (Extended)

Please limit your grant requests to $1,000. (Note: Requests which exceed the limit by minimal amounts will be considered on a case-by-case basis.)

In order to be considered for one of the above HHCEF grants, you must complete an HHCEF grant application.  Two versions are available:

1) a Google doc which may be submitted online

2) a Word version which may be printed as a PDF and emailed to grants@hhcef.net or printed in hard copy form and mailed to HHCEF, P.O. Box 114, Montrose, NY  10548.

Important:  Please note that evidence of principal, administrator, or other executive approval is required on all applications.  District requests for funding for technology require the approval of Dr. Mathew Swerdloff, Executive Director of Educational Support Services and district requests for funding for special education programs require the approval of Lisa Schuchman, Director of PPS.  This may require submission of a hard copy of the cover sheet with the appropriate signatures. We recommend that all applicants review the Grant Application Guide below prior to completing the application.
