The following requests are generally not eligible for a HHCEF grant:

• Personal professional development
• Curriculum costs that would otherwise be includible in the district budget
• Costs to repeat an existing program or project funded by a previous HHCEF grant
• Low-impact grants, e.g., the target population is very small
